LOCATION
Nendaz, a mountain stretch as a starting point to discover the region’s treasures: long irrigation channels, rivers, high pastures, forests, glaciers and mediaeval villages that offer you unforgettable impressions. THE AREA OF THE 4 VALLEYS is the combination of four ski resorts: Nendaz, Verbier, Veysonnaz and Thyon, plus access to the Mont-Fort area (3330 m). It offers 412 km of slopes, 92 lifts and 47 km of ski runs equipped with snow guns: plenty to give you the very best of ski, as well as the opportunity to take unforgettable tours in the mountains.

THE PRINTZE AREA encloses Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon. It offers 220 km of slopes, 50 lifts and 35 km of ski runs equipped with snow guns. An alternative if you do not want to go as high as the Mont Fort. Tracouet is the ideal site to collect one’s first snow experiences. A snow garden, 4 ski schools, a nursery and numerous activities for MOMENTS OF HAPPINESS.




THE PROJECT
On a 18’000 m2 (194,000 sq. ft.) site accessible through a private tunnel, you will find a group of 14 chalets with 100 rooms and suites, harmoniously integrated into the landscape. The complex was built with respect for nature and concern for sustainable development. Bordered by the ski slope for more than 120 m (400 ft.),
