LOCATION
Villars/Gryon is one of the most popular Swiss ski resortswhichiseasilyaccessedwithin2hoursbycar or train from Geneva airport. This living village is an all year alpine destination with open views of the‘Dents du
Midi’ and Mont Blanc,with winterskiing for all levels, on Groomed slopes of morethan120km, and access to the Diablerets glacier. Villars has grown into the international resort it is today due to the réputation of
good snow and direct access from the airport, there are even several international schools located in the village all of the year.

Hameau Sur-la-Piste is an exclusive project of six4-5 Bedroom chalets built in traditional style to the highest of standards,situated on the piste of Barboleuse/Gryon. Barboleuse is an unspoilt hamlet with a train station giving it direct access to Villars center and Geneva airport. In Barboleuse there are restaurants, ski hire shops, a village center and one of the most famous bakeries in the region! The piste of Barboleuse descends from Les Chaux lift station directly past the chalets to the centre of the village. From your new chalet the village is only5-10minutes by foot giving you easy evening dinning without the need for a car.




THE PROJECT
Ideally situated on the piste and with full sunshine and open views of the surrounding mountains and the
famous Dents du Midi, this is one of the last true ski-in ski-out plots of land in the region. The plots lie on the west side of the piste and can be accessed in the winter via a private tunnel under the piste.
The Hameau is designed to give each chalet the Maximum orientation to the sun and the mountain views.
Each property will be individually tailored to the clients design.

THE CHALETS
Each chalet is designed around our initial plan but can be modified to suit your needs. The size range is given below. Our Construction is the traditional method of wood but using the insulation materials of today that gives a very High insulation level and thus reduces your heating consumption and helps the environment. The heating system is done via wood pellets and modern boiler which is the most ECO option for alpine property. Only the best Swiss quality materials are used and each property is covered under a10year guarantee. Our local skilled carpenters and crafts men have been building chalets in this region for several decades and have a reputation for quality and attention to detail. Each chalet has a 2 or 3 floor option.
