The “Foundación Sanchez Romero” in Natal, Brazil helps young people from the poorer classes in society who are confronted with early parenthood. The organization runs an outreach clinic with psychological support and counseling.

So that the number of children having children doesn’t continue to rise the project emphasizes preventative measures such as educational programs about contraception. It also aims at educating young people through illustrating possible consequences of early parenthood.

Our counselors point out alternative ways of living. They support especially young mothers so they can go back to school and support them in their entry into work life to increase their chances for a sound base of life.
